The odd spelling is just for the fun of it. Slade is a fantastic rock band. They are such great song writers and composers. If you listen to their music, you can tell it has not only energy but fun. Fun is their main factor here as you can tell from their crazy outfit.

Why the US didn't accept them, no one knows but besides Europe, they are massive in Asia. Man, what a rock n roll voice.

I hope I will get to see them in their classic line up one day.
