  • high school band

  • They are coming to play The Seahorse tonight in Halifax... I want to go but too much work to do :(

  • Sheep doggs are sick stearing modern music in the right direction, but to date no one has any thing on sabbath or zeppelin! heading in the right direction for sure though!!!!! Rock on!!

  • he plays a sherraton 2......what a beast

  • What a stupid f*ckin argument. Enjoy the band.

  • fucking love sheep dogs

  • Music should be about TALENT, SKILL, and PRESENCE.. It should not be about who can be the most profane. That takes NO talent. ANYONE can cuss, and some, like gnardley22 below think they NEED to use vulgarity to express themselves. It has NOTHING to do with "freedom of SPEECH" because it's not, and in no way does it define success. Show me ONE group or individual that's in the Hall of Fame that was inducted because they could cuss! What TRUE artist wants to define themselves this way?

  • @JohnGee1977 Show me ONE group or individual that isn't in the Hall of Fame that was not inducted because they cuss.

  • @JohnGee1977 Two "F" sharps from the band member on the left and two from the front man. Ehh. If that is a disgrace then I have to ask, have you ever crossed the street in front of a well-manned construction site? May be that you need to better understand the targets. Trying to get the attention of drunks? Perhaps you start with "Excuse me." Then you move to "Pardon me for a moment of your partying." Then you throw down with the "F" and get on with it Bro! Word.

  • who gives a fuck if they curse get high and drunk. its fucking music listen to whats good and real and if you dont like the "vulgarity" suck a dick and find another band to critisize.

  • @johnGee1977 ....you aren't very cool bro

  • Since you MAKE it an issue, YouTube is not a "small" venue, and I'll put the money we'e already made in our "unsuccessful" band to ANY kind of money you can produce. I don't know where you live or what you DO, but where WE live "a lot of bands if not all" swear. I don't think we play in those places nor do we want to.

  • @JohnGee1977 people swear deal with it.... don't tell people how to speak

and just because you can't get a gig somewhere you can't swear doesn't mean it's the only way to play, not every band is willing to whore themselves and change their music just so they can make a few bucks... i call those whores mtv and hollywood and their just a bunch of people with their head up their ass... sounds like you're on your way there

  • The shirt says it all.

  • I don't like their vulgarity. They're good enough. They don't need it to add anything to the quality of their music. if they're looking for comparisons to CCR, they'll never get them this way. It detracts from their skill base. I'm in a band, and we've lost gigs because we got high and consequently vulgar, A surprisingly large number resent it. We've decided if we're going to go anywhere, we need to clean it up. It's only been 3 weeks since we made this pact but already we're busier than ever.

  • @JohnGee1977 Thanks for sharing your story of your unsuccessful band while comparing yourself to an up-and-coming band.

btw, its at a show in a small venue.......a lot of bands, if not all will swear like that at the beginning of a song or between songs.. It's not like they are changing their songs.

  • @JohnGee1977 Look at the Doors. They weren't supposed to sing the line "girl we couldn't get much HIGHER" from the song Light My Fire on the Ed Sullivan Show. Jim did it anyway. They were never called back... but look at how iconic that band was. I thought music was supposed to be about freedom of speech, ideas and ect.? Punk as an example. But what do I know?
