I liked that Music Finder feature on the PSR910. It's surprising that no company of the guitar amplification and effects modelling sector didn't import that idea yet seeing that it has already been 2 years that this product's retailing..

MP3 feature is not hi-tech! i have it in my 3dollar car lighter plug. color TFT is no hi-tech, i have it in my portable china dvd player of $59.useless Internet feature. i am not impressed with s-910. it SHOULD have: sampling capability, more tweaking possibility in voice creator, easy cut and paste feature in sequencer, more realistic voices like korg pa50(costing less than half of s910) etc etc. infact its same as psr3000.

Model s-910 have 1000 voice and playing MP3 music.

Model s-900 have 842 voice and not playing MP3 music

older 900 is in the s710 it might be worth it getting a new s710. Would like to hear

the thing demo'd already.

11/7/09 played with this and the s710 in the GC showroom. I wanted to like this board and its sounds.  Just doesn't sound like $1800 of sounds imo. Maybe it sounds better using the line out, but I couldn't hear the quality in the built in speakers. Even using 6 inch portable radio speakers in my room, the MO6 sounds way better.

I'll hold off getting an arranger for now even though I've used EM55/EXr5/EXr5s/

psr2100 and casio MZ2000 in the past.

I believe that S910 is totally unimpressive!! we were expecting more, it seems that Yamaha has released it in a hurry just for the sake of maintaining the market strategy.

the real breakthrough is the 710... psr 910 is next to useless if it doesn't include quite a lot from the Tyros 3.... which, if true, will turn Tyros 3 next to useless at its insane price. Even if 910 is kinda overpriced itself at around 2k euros (less or more) the tyros 3 is a no-no at 4k euros. I think one can spend his / her money a lot more wisely.

the 710 is b/w, but the 910 is full color.

I dont think there is that much difference. I own a s900. I don't think it will be worth the money for me to upgrade. However, upgrading to a Tyros 3 would be a major shift . But the Tyros 3 is way to expensive.
