It was initially carved out of styrofoam, then sealed and figerglassed over. I dissolved out the styrofoam to create a 1/8" thick shell to house the electronics and drive system which is just a R/C crawler.
Very nice! Toones the cat the cat, who could drive a car? Oh the pain! Almost all made of styrofoam?
