This video should be viewed as informational because answering questions regarding the borrower's docs could get you charged with UPL, these are legal documents & u are not an atty. I refer them to the lender for detailed questions. Notaries are not real estate pros, the background is helpful but not needed. As a notary, you witness the signatures, not answer real estate questions, you could give them wrong information that will come back to bite you later. Just stick to your notorial duties.

@ProjectSafePlay Agree. Too many notary "signing agents" are overstepping their boundaries. They say they don't give legal advice but they are still explaining documents, and that, IMO, is UPL.
