  • amazon.com says:

    List Price: $8,400.00

    Price: $6,999.95

  • i have afs 200 vr f2 and hardly ever used it , bought it for $6000 and after 4 years now there is a vr2. i regret buying it , cause it is heavy and inconvenient to use and if you take around ,you attract people and you can't enjoy shooting.

  • nano or Vr2 just marketing ploy

  • 7000 !! omg !

  • You got the aperture scheme backwards.. nice job.

  • Jared Polin HALLO AGAIN! CAN YOU TELL ME YOUR OPINION ABOUT LEICA S SYSTEM?? IT GOOD CAMERAS OR JUST EXPENSIVE BUT NO PERFORMANCE?? THANKS

  • Hi Jared

In reality if you could pick up a VR1 200-400 which is around 700-800 dollars less than VR2. As you say its going to be on a tripod.

  • Other than gadgets, I want to ask you what type of conditioner do you use for your hair?

  • Haha, I handhold my 500 f4 vr 99 percent of the time, the vr works a treat and i have had sharp images at 1/30th. Thats why vr is there! Dig the afro my friend!

  • i have a question. if i put this lens on a DX cam. Then you get about 400 multiplied by 1.5 = 600mm. but what happens with the aperture? do i have to multiply it by 1.5 as well? is it "just" f6 then? thx.

  • @BlueShirt7 It would still stay the same.

  • @JaredPolin actually the DOF is 1 stop darker on a DX camera compared to FX for the same aperture.

  • @JaredPolin how come.. I read that they also increase. can you explain this. appreciated

  • @BlueShirt7 The actual aperture would stay the same on a DX camera. However, the depth of field is deeper on a DX camera because the sensor is smaller. I believe F4 on DX is the same as F5.6 on FX. Remember, this is only depth of feild and will not affect the shutter speeds you can get at f4.

  • Chuck Norris would handle that lens with one finger.

  • @ClankyRochet actually, just with his mind!!!!

  • hahahahah...unless the photographer is lou ferigno haaha so true.

  • Sigma also now has a 200-500mm F:2.8 lens. it comes with a 2x converter making it a 400-1000mm. but the price of it is more expensive than several cars. just under 30k. lol

  • @dethmerc it's already $32,525.00

  • @dethmerc And how about the weight + Weather sealing....that lens is just so sick and so huge, I wonder where do you use it? :D

  • @dethmerc It's also the weight of several cars.

  • Mr Hippo would get on well with your big ted.

  • @dombower Ha yea!!! Did you pick up a canon that dreaded word?

  • @JaredPolin soo close! doing a review of the canon 7d and nikon d90 this weekend, and looking a lot at the video. so then ill chose

  • @dombower Well the d90 video is shit and the 7d will blow it out of the water.

  • You look like Mr. Kenny Dixon Jr. :-)

  • cool teddy bear!

  • I guess it would be "made in china" yet it's more expensive. Anyhow Nice video and Nice shades.

    OOOOO Big Ass Teddy Bear

Lol the kiss was unexpected XD
