What you've made is a series of statements, and assumptions developing from them. Eg I don't know any religious people who think anyone automatically 'goes to hell and live in torment forever' if they steal to save someone else.

I've often thought Why could this perfect god not provide a better, easier, safer, more fair, equally accessible. etc. way for humans to receive the energy needed to operate? Similar to the relationship of plants with the sun. There is more than one system (eating) that animal life could have been Created on. By a god.

Ex: particles floating in the air as a discharge from plant life. As we breathe we would also be eating. It would also insure we take care of our planet, not get obese, etc.
