Yes, attacking the wrong people, overseas fishing should face the brunt, imported seafood accounts for 80 % of all seafood bought sold and consumed in the USA. Overseas vessels have little or no restrictions. Farm raised seafood isn't sustainable either as it requires wild caught fish manufactured into fish meal to grow farm raised seafood.
