Just one important point I would want to raise, if Popes are really powerful and influential just like other monarchs past and present as many would use to claim, then why do they die with nothing for themselves and even their families except their souls. The power and wealth = the body of the church (not any one group or person). If the C.C. fails in teaching the truth and humanity is effectively kept from God, then we have evil and control. We have contributed much in our own simple but unique way without being taught to judge other faiths like some brainwashed fundamentalist. I think I have that right and the confusion arises from Eusebius in his distinguishing apostles vs. disciples and I think even Paul's writings and the Gospels suggest that these are different people. My post was just showing an example of contradictions in the Bible. So you follow Jesus? He said you can do all I can, and more... he was saying WE are like him. Did he not contact the Divine? Do you feel that you are unworthy of contact with the Divine? You don't have to go through Jesus, just follow him. He's aptly presented in the Nag Hamadi. Wake up! Look within; quit being force fed a religion of guilt and unworthiness. He said for those that have ears to hear, eyes to see.

@abby495 Darling, Earth is the reflection of our own consciousness. We've created everything in our environment, as well as destroy it. Energy follows thought - nothing was created without being thought of first. You seem like a very nice person; just maybe perhaps a little naive. I would say there may be an hierarchy of what some call gods. They are manifest like us, except much more spiritually and technologically advanced with airships. What do you accept as your religion?

@mcshoe2010 Yes that is correct I agree with the energy. What makes you say that I am naive? I have no religion except what is verified as truth but I do like Hinduism and yes I find that we are light beings trapped in flesh the chakra system is likely what enlightenment was about. But naturally I am am a perpetual scholar and my study will never be complete but I have discovered quite a lot on my own.

@abby495 I really meant innocent as opposed to naive. I like Hinduism. I'm curious how do you verify your religion as truth? The chakra system anchors us into the body, and also disengages when we transcend. I'm glad to hear you are studying and finding things out on your own. Keep searching and keep an open mind-that is the key to finding the truth. Being willing to look at everything and weigh it and see how it resonates with you. I am a perpetual scholar too :-) I belong to no one religion.

@mcshoe2010 Myth was taught much in history as fact. I used to be a Christian but I found it wasn't original from older book altered truth. It was a shock but I had to modify my thinking to the correct one to be logical not superstitious. I say the chakra system because that is what the Gnostics, Indians had. I crossed over to archaologist, quantum physics, astrophysics, archaology, geometry all saying the same thing.Tools to measure marvels past and present. Hope that made sense *8 )

@abby495 I was raised Catholic. It is quite a shock to learn the truth, I know. I struggled with it too, but only for a short while. I understand perfectly what you are saying. I too crossed over to those things you referred to as well. It all fits together like a beautiful, undeniable puzzle, and there are even more pieces than what you mentioned. When enough people believe something, even if they cannot substantiate it, they try to push everyone else into the flock of sheeple. Peer pressure can be tremendous. With all of the contradictions you would think that people would wonder, want to know, and search for the truth. If we just look it is all right there in front of us, and it is so clear. You'll know where it originated. These books weren't from God, and no proof the original writers existed. Blind faith leads to a steep cliff.

God says he is a jealous God, and we should put no-one before him. Then the church says the only way to God is through Jesus. So they have put Jesus before God and say that we have to go through him first. There are many books that have been left out of the Bible, but they didn't fit how they wanted to portray Jesus. Books are stories heard that were written down, and written possibly 1-2 centuries after the fact. Mark is written first person and the others are simply permutations of the first.

@mcshoe2010 What God is that? That is the Hebrew God whose earliest Sumer accounts show that YHVH was combined from 2 Nature Gods Enlil and Enki. We can't access God directly.Gnostic Jesus sounds more of a Buddhist. Also the Hebrews were in Egypt their Nature God is the one who opposed Enki/Ptah. Enki seeded us from his own DNA and other primate. Supreme sent his messenger Galzo and our progenitor mused that it was in the plan for man to be created and to develop on their own so they left.

@abby495 It was Enki and Tiamat (one of her names) that created Earthlings through a splicing of genes. Maybe considered lesser Gods. The Anunnaki felt that there had been divine intercession by a being from God the most high (Galzo) so they left Earthlings to develop on their own. They never left the Earth; are still here to this day. I've learned this over the years through intense study. There is only one Creator, and even the Niburians recognize that. Christianity it evil and was created by the Council of Nicaea. This was done to control the masses through feelings of guilt and unworthiness. Enlighten yourselves and look it up.They also made Jesus a God. Constantine was a Sun Worshiper, and Christianity is a combination of Paganism, Sun Worship and Idolatry. Peter who was also known as Saul was involved with this creation. The true message is so simple. God/Source creates perfection. Everything you need is within you. Look and go within.

@mcshoe2010 Excellent message! Christianity is evil all it does it bring guilt and unworthiness and it wasn't the first either. Paganism was first. Pagans live with animals and cultivating the Earth. We know from the begining how the Catholic Church wanted power so they forced ancients to convert or die, took their books. There was never a One God idea Paganism was duties delegated to Nature Gods mainly of 12.
