The lip syncing could have been a little better, though. I think that's the only reason why I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5.

I still suck at lip synching, and working with avatar footage doesn't help because the mouth movements are so complex. I figured this was good practice, though, because my next AMV is going to have a lot of lip synch. (If you want, I can upload a file to show you what I have so far.) I could have put a lot more effort into this but if I had to listen to that song one more time I was going to go crazy xD

I don't think it's the youtube layout. Quality comes with the tedious DVD ripping xD

Well, I mean, before, even if you had flawless video quality, Youtube still tended to ruin it. You have good source quality, plus you encode high quality, and now Youtube is beginning to support higher quality, leading to you have basically perfect quality. I haven't uploaded anything since they began to support this, but my files are flawless quality as well, and yet Youtube would always ruin the quality a bit. Hopefully it will change now.
