Obama was the one who inherited the huge mess that Bush left him, Bush was the one who fucked the budget when he was handed a record surplus from Clinton and he turned it into a record deficit, the economy HAS improved under Obama, the 787 billion stimulus has saved and created 650K jobs and it's on pace for 3.5 million by the end of next year.
