Hey, how can I improve the mid, and lower inner chest? I have been doing closer grip bench press and cable crossovers, but I am looking to put together some exercises to REALLY target my inner chest. I am really lacking in that area, and want to hit it hard. Please let me know what are some exercises and how do them properly. I appreciate it alot. Thanks

Well maybe when you feel athletic, you feel more like a man. And when you don't workout, you feel like a loser. At least that's how I feel. Your sex drive increases when you workout because bodybuilding is associated with the feelings of being a man, being "cool," and wanting to be sexy. And people want to be sexy because they want to have sex. End of story. Hope that helps.
