  • Looks like a personal training studio. At my gym in Pittsburgh-we aim to minimize distractions. Ahhhhhhh! Ahhhhhh! Ahhhhhhh! The truly good trainees who have it together don't need the attention that Ahhhhhhh attracts. A final rep may cause a bit of a grunt-but reps 1 2 & 3 should be silent. In fairness, this trainer is trying to emphasize the exhale push upward-just remember-when you exert-you exhale. Good job on the variety of exercises.

I used to be a bit chubby a while back, but now, I am MUCH more athletic, and I am real close to having a six pack, somehow you can only see it in the morning after i wake up, i guess since im hungry, but anyways, i have noticed that on days that i work out on, my sexual appetite greatly increases, and when im having a lazy week, it nearly diminishes. Is it normal to have a strong sexual appetite as an athlete?

  • Well maybe when you feel athletic, you feel more like a man. And when you don't workout, you feel like a loser. At least that's how I feel. Your sex drive increases when you workout because bodybuilding is associated with the feelings of being a man, being "cool," and wanting to be sexy. And people want to be sexy because they want to have sex. End of story. Hope that helps.
