So you still think what you wrote is true?!! I tell you what was wrong:

Firstly, they are not singing in Chinese, it is in Uyghur. Secondly, it is not Chinese chorus way, but it is typical Uyghur way of singing. Thirdly, they are not singing for "Chinese bosses" as you put in a very sarcastic way, but the audience are just common Uyghur people. Forth, they are not trying to show anything but the ancient way of Uyghur singing. Finally, there is nothing foreign in the music, it is truly Uyghur.
