I played once with a mate of my. We played against 2 easy computers. of course we destroyed them. We played extremely lame, because it was sooo darn easy. We stalled some time by just attacking each other for fun. When we defeated them, we started to try against 2 medium computers. We were destroyed. We had no chance! But the thing is, the difference between medium and easy is a difference of over 9000. go back to easy is boring, but medium is just not doable.
i bought red alert 3 and i think it is great dont like the 4 tho and if your going to be a little bitch about EA why dont you go say it to your dolls!

This game has striking similarities to command and conquer : Generals, and THAT game, I don't like.. It's got better graphics, and more complicated gameplay, which frankly, I could do without, and that's exactly what red alert 3 does, it's simpler.... ... And FUN!
The game really does suck outside the restrictions. you have limited units. It's like cc4. it's nothing like Red Alert 1 and 2 heck id play 1 over 3 and 1 is very very old units in 1 look like color smudges and still beats number 3. In old cc games you could make hundreds of units seemed like thousands at times wich meant a real base.
I played red alert 3 after i had a game of Tiberium Wars earlier and god damn RA3 sucks sooo much in comparison its just soooooooooo boringgggggggggggggggggggggggggggg

The game is good, what are you talking about ? Compare to Red Alert 2, this is much more better, graphics, tatic and units. In Red Alert 2, all I do is build a massive defensive force and as many air crafts as I can then wait for the atomic bomb which to finish the game, while in RA3, its the best NAVAL battle ever (I love the Japanese force) !! Plus very interesting protocols. If you hate it, suck for yourself.

I personally have been a fan of C&C for a while now, and enjoy playing this online with friends. I haven't really had trouble with the installation limits because I got it on steam, and none of my friends would care to play it. But i have to agree with some people in the comments, EA is stupid for destroying westwood. Emperor: Battle for Dune was one of the best games i have ever played! Sadly, my computer is too advanced for the game to run on it. EA really needs to bring back Westwood.

|: red alert 2 was only apoc/prism unit spam... In RA3 you actually have to use strategy... CnC4 was a flop, but at least they are trying to broaden the perspective of RTS. Trying new things... Maybe the next one will be a success? CnC is split into 3 categories anyways. Generals, RA and Tiberium series with each their own style. So you can always fall back on other parts.

Well, west wood was bought way back in 2003, and anyways the westwood owner gave his company to EA, it was his choice and westwood is nomore. Just accept the EA games, they are greedy n shit but that doesn't mean their games really suck, they just make games then leave it as if it's a pile of shit. They stop supporting it after 1 year.

|: red alert 2 was only apoc/prism unit spam... In RA3 you actually have to use strategy... CnC4 was a flop, but at least they are trying to broaden the perspective of RTS. Trying new things... Maybe the next one will be a success? CnC is split into 3 categories anyways. Generals, RA and Tiberium series with each their own style. So you can always fall back on other parts.
And only showing negative opinions in a slide isn't very convincing... That's 20 out of how many ratings?

Red Alert 3 was an epic game. and CnC 4 sucked cuz the developer who helped develop most of the cnc games including ra1, ra2, cnc ,cnc tiberium war..etc. quit his job. he even said he never actually played. But he helped develop ra3.

EA, are assholes... And we all know why, at least every C&C fan does, they build up something huge, like this, EPIC, until EA, close Westwood, and continue on their own with C&C, that can only equal FAIL. C&C3 was good, but not as good as any of the old ones combined, RA3, FUCKING SUCKED! C&C4 sucks even more.
Pandemic studios, who developed Star Wars Battlefront, Mercenaries etc, EA did the same thing. Those developers were epic, EA are nothing but filthy money-horny pigs who desire power.

I have my own reasons not to buy Red Alert 3.
1. It's oversexed. We loved Zofia from the Soviets, and Eva was awesome, but now the girls are all braindead hookers who just want to get with whoever wins the war.
2. The gameplay style has changed dramatically (thanks EA).
3. It's nothing like the games the older generation of Red Alert 2 fans grew to love; the cutscenes suck, the plot sucks (SERIOUSLY, JAPAN ENTERS THE WAR?), and Einstein (a popular and humorous character) is dead.

EA is just milking the shit out of Westwoods beloved franchises with these shitty ass attempts. I stopped buying CnC/Red Alert games when EA bought out Westwood and started making them themselves. The game that I bought from EA that was actually BEYOND good was Dead Space and that was a miracle for EA.
