  • lui marco sent me here

  • lui sent me he :D

  • this dude talk like kai

  • Dumbass interviewer.

  • Glass is a joke trainer

  • Charles glass- LEGEND!!

  • Charles Glass is (IMHO) one of the best trainers in the game. I think this man is brilliant.

  • I feel sorry for Charles that he has to have this douche bag ask him dumb questions.

  • I really did not understand any words hey said becasue of the noisy background.

  • good forms just icing on the cake, just like a little whey protein, or a syringe pumping steroids into their ass! Dont ask me, look at the mr olympia winners and such, alot of them use momentum, pump way to fast, and dont even go through the full range of motion on their exercises.

  • What a crowded ass gym. Hell it'd be tough to make it through a session without getting kicked in the head by some prancing, high-kick lunging chick. 'Mecca' my ass.

  • HBK should have showed up and give that dumbass interviewer some sweet chin music

  • Charles reminds me of Leon Phleps in the Ladies Man

  • IMO alot of pro's ego's are soo fucking huge with being big, successful and on tons of juice that its not surprise they feel god - like and do what ever they want

  • so at the end of the story steroids are legal in USA too that's it!!

  • the guy interviewing glass should die for being weak minded and stupid

  • how do the pros get that big if there form is bad

  • @MrBostonlc as the man said lifting heavy will still get you big. but you'd get even bigger with better form.

also bad form can damage your joints in the long term

  • @MrBostonlc steriods + diet + slin + GH

  • @areMiller what is slin?

  • @MrBostonlc insulin

  • I bet the interviewer was a fat slob!

  • wise man

  • i wonna shoot the interviewer

  • I mean 2:37

  • @ 2:47 lol "Mutha fucka you bothering me again (Look"

  • interviewer is an idiot gtfo

  • Charles should've slapped the interview in the damn face.

  • man this guy with the camera would piss me off

  • Charles Glass is the shiznit! Pease someone point me in HIS direction...I want to know where is HIS channel!

  • the interviewer is clueless

  • i believe the interviewer is a faggot

  • charles is pretty much the best and yes the interviewer sucks !!

  • He's a good trainer but who is she. And yes she is looking good.

  • I respect this gentleman just as much as I have respect for Mike Mentzer and Author Jones.

  • Is Charles talking about Branch Warren? lol

  • what a dickhead, they should have kiked his scary ass out

  • the meca isn't as tuff as it used to

  • Charles Glass, defiantly knows his stuff. He doesent tell you that the reason why pros get away with it is cause of PED's. You can tell when Pros use bad form usually very short range of motion and don't stretch,They look like all they do is lift weights.A good physique looks like its natural or just from regular physical activity,it just flows. Glass's physique was unreal, he's got good genetics but he's defiantly conscious of every set.

  • @xXFocusRecord "A good physique looks like it's natural or just from regular physical activity" what the hell does that even mean?

  • @donovanbrambila It means exactly what it means. "Look up functional muscle".

  • @xXFocusRecord

It means what it means is not an answer.

functional muscle? You can't be serious. The term functional muscle is the most overused, ridiculous, empty idea I can think of. All muscle is functional. They just serve different functions. Weightlifting is "regular physical activity". But, then again, it means what it means.

  • she kicks high

  • snoop dogg was a body builder?

  • @avatarcollides2day no, snoop dog never bodybuild. Snoop played football in highschool but never did bodybuilding.

  • @blackshogun77

No you dont get my point. Charles Glass resembles Snoop Dogg

  • 2:36, hes thinking "why is this annoying muthafucka still bothering me?", and he keeps walking away, lol.

  • the three best trainers in the buisness charles glass george farah and offcourse hany rambod

  • It looks like Mr. Charles is trying to getting away from this guy. This interviewer is nuts.

  • WTF IS THE INTERVIEWER SAYING??

  • form when u need cheat when u need, tahts all

  • Your gonna lift a god damn weight how can u fail?

  • worst interviewer.

  • this interviewer is creepy and awkward

  • @flavor600

So true, the man is an idiot!!

  • wtf us up with that asian girl. she's smiling way toooooo much. awkward.

  • what is the name of the beat at the beginning of the intro?

  • I got one better buddie. Yesterday I shook hands wit brian dobson AND branch warren and had a lil interview wit dem!! Hell just the day b4 I was sitin on my ass n the dallas stadium!!watchin dallas run over falcons!

  • Damn dude giving enterview sounds like such a pussy

  • but hes interviewing charles glass, you're sitting on your ass on youtube.

  • perfect form is whatever works for YOU if you have years training with less than perfect form AND make gains it stands to reason that you will keep on using whatever form gets results right?

  • i love charles glass

  • Id love to ask Charles if he thinks theres any benefits to lifting heavy with 'explosive" movements.

  • what a stupid question

  • Generally it is a stupid question when youre taking about training for powerlifting. But not when youre asking someone whos an advocate of slow controlled movements and light weight. I want to know if Charles Glass specifically finds theres any benefits. If so which ones and where do they apply to Bodybuilding specifically, not powerlifting.

  • it is a very stupid question.

lifting heavy powerful movements is for bodybuilding.

    all ranges have benefits

lift slow controlled is good but so are explosive movements.

u should know variety is the spice of life

heavy explosive = fast twitch fibres

light slow = slower twitch fibres

u want to train through the full spectrum of fibres

  • So what exactly makes it a stupid question? Should I already know the answer hes going to give? Or is this something thats supposed to be common knowledge for everyone? Theres varying opinions on weightlifting and I dont assume to know a particular trainer's stance on everything. Especially when hes advocated the opposite on every video ive seen of him.

  • because u should know the basics

yes it is common knowledge for people who want to build muscle and bothered to read into how to do so

  • Sorry.. next time i'll do extensive research so not to offend you before asking a expert's personal opinion ;)

    You gotta love Youtube :)

  • this is not extensive this is basic.

u need to work the full spectrum of muscle fibres

slow twitch = hgher rep lighter weight

fast twitch = heavy and explosive

    u need all

  • omg do some reading moron

slow twitch are for muscular endurance, high rep, low weight

    explosive movements use fast twitch

    sprinters have more fast twitch

marathon runners have more slow twitch

    u complete idiot prick

  • The fibers used depend on the number of reps in one set, you should use slow movements on your return regardless of whether you're trying to training type one or two fibers.

  • @pandemicCDG You are so 100% correct. People do not understand the negative causes more muscle damage then the positive aspect (lifting). And its the muscle damage that is repaired leading to bigger stronger muscles.

  • @SpartanLife1821 I agree, I used to lift decent but not so much mind muscle control and just let the weight drop on negatives, I started watching Yates and his workouts and how he emphesizes the negatives and going slow. I started doing it that way, sure my weights dropped but not im back higher than before and seeing much better results.Probably one of the best things I have learned so far

  • mr i know it all

  • If I ever come in to a large amount of money, I'm heading straight over to America to train with Charles Glass! The man is a legend and knows his stuff. He would be able to maximize my potential and push me through my plateau!

  • I'd liken him to the "George Washington Carver" of Bodybuilding...Ingenious in an understatement.

  • would realy like to train with him i think he would use my potential to 100% maybe after i finished school haha

  • if u got 200 dollars per session u can

  • Guy I know trains with him, he's really made huge gains in the last year or so that he's been with him.

  • He is such an amazing trainer! I would give anything to be able to work with him for a few months.
