Yeah, there really aren't very many good games on either.

Also, I was kinda just talking about *this game*, but yeah.

I've only bought one game from Dsi/Wiiware, and that's Cave Story on the Dsi.

I got 1000 wii points for christmas, at first I thought maybe I shouldn't buy cave story if I can get it for free on pc......but then I looked at my other options on wiiware....of which there were none. Wiiware has been a pretty big letdown. :/

So I'm going to buy cave story, I figure Nicalis probably needs the help too..

DsiWare > WiiWare

Why? The DsiWare version is pretty much identical to the original, plus a jukebox mode. Same graphics, same music... And still only ten bucks on your Dsi! Which means it's also portable.

New music? I hope its a remix, I still cant turn off Egg Corridor's theme song. New characters? Maybe. I hope they re do the lines for parts where you progress and then back track. After you make progress and the M-whatever rabbits still say the same lines. Ugh.

Hmm.

I'm really not too psyched about the new music (it didn't need improvement!), but I'm excited to see the result.

I'm wondering, did Daisuke Amaya have anything to do with creating this? I really, really hope he did, no one deserves to do anything with this game or its legacy except him.

Everything but the new music seems worth it. The old music sounded MUCH better. At least it (apparently) has the option to switch to the old music or graphics.
