dammit, I see all those posers today, on the tv, on the magazines, their photos in little teen girls folder's and i just wish that people like joe were still alive, but no, the good guys are dead or sold out. fuck it
Wonderful, and Joe would have been flattered; he was a HUGE Springsteeen fan, being the first to suggest that Bruce play Glastonbury shortly before he died. For PBANDSNOW to link this to the actions of some USAF idiot is tendentious at best, but reactionary also.. The sort of shallow thinking Joe tried to avoid.
Wow, how can anyone say anything bad about this tribute? One, it's amazing. Two, look who's performing!!! You gotta be kidding me! All these amazingly talented men, and people have got negative things to say?

BS this is the most disrespect thing ive ever heard, joe must be crying harder then when when the americans wrote rock the casbah on there bombs in the middle east, if i were him ide awke from the grave and punch every one of them in the face
Fuck you moron. I was a huge Clash fan - saw them 7 times. Interviewed Strummer & Simenon in '79 and was invited backstage with them in Nice France in 1980. This is an amazing and respectful tribute to a great human being and musician by some massive talents who are obviously fans too. Killer version. You sir are a piece of shit.
Completely agree. Even if you don't like the version or the people their was nothing but good intentions and respect here. I for one think its fantastic, and remember getting very excited when it came on!
This was fuckin brilliant. I remember Tom Morello saying that this was his number one song from his number one band. I agree with the second part, but maybe some of the guys on the stage that night agree with Morello
I hate No Doubt, but Tony plays a mean bass here.

Is it just me or does it look disrespectful with those people sitting down after the performance was done? It's such bullshit.
