this is a clear example of the female adult abdicating responsibility for demonstrating that private spots are private.

the idea is quite simple really ...the child touched a private spot of another ...if there is an adult present (presumably the teacher is in fact the adult) ...the adult has a responsibility to help the child understand that private spots are private ...consent in any way on the part of the adult is intentional misuse of the position of authority ...the right of privacy
