Awesome job...I got a '02 and looking to do a few mods. For those who dont know, the 6E is alot quicker than you might think, especially for a heavy weight 6.
I have the same zx6e but painted mine flat black and my rims are a dark purple( rims were already painted when i got it). Nice job on the rebuild. got my 93' with 26k and now has 39k and is still pulling very strong with no probs. Happy riding!
you should have used plasti gauge on the main bearings,and rod bearings, to make sure there wasnt a to loose ,or tight clearances,and kawi bond, suzuki bond,or yamabond for the sealer
