I am positive it is bboy Katsuya from Japan. Look at Extreme crew vs Gambler crew in this same competition, you can see another Japanese bboy named bboy Sho-->hey at 1:54. I guess they were visiting Korea, and they are pretty professional, so they hooked up with Extreme Crew. Like bboy Lil' Klash practiced with Gamblerz in their studio.
