This is the reality all over the US, not just Warren. Abandoned houses that have become refuge for the homeless, drug addicts, people with mental illnesses. Can Habitat for Humanity help? Or some other charitable organization? Get a group of people together and start cleaning things up. Maybe if a few show some pride and determination, others will follow suit. It's worth a try, at least.

Most of this town is taken up by deadbeat shitheads who want everything handed to them, who don't want to go get a job, who don't want to put any work into anything, and they're fine living in filth like this. i live in warren sadly. they raised our taxes and told us that our property values went up. i guess the more crack houses you have on your block the better. somehow that raises our property values. ummmmm. my house is worth less then when i bought it 11 years ago. welcome to warren. cant wait to get out .

Looks like what happened to my mothers house after she passd away. We put it up for sale, but the broke in, stole all the copper pipes, and trashed the place. The was the last straw for me in Warren, Ohio. So put my place up for sale and moved very far away, while my house was for sale, same thing happened to it too!!!!!
