XD It just started when I was going through the rhyming dictionary and a thesaurus trying to find a word that flows more smoothly than "people". And I saw "jokers" so I used it. Then I needed something to rhyme so..."poker"! XD And so on...Thanks for always listening to my fandubs, Ma-chan!
God Knows. Nice plug. Your voice seems more like it's... overlaying the track, rather than blending in with it. And you seem to have timing issues. However, I think it has a bit to do with your vibrato. Coming from me this is weird, but... it feels like it's too much. Try singing a bit more smoothly and it might fix your timing issue. Also, it felt like you were holding back a bit. Use more support from your diaphragm so that you have more energy. You do have a very pretty voice!
@Ashestoashesjc I know I'm such a thief XD I honestly couldn't think of any other songs until I saw your cover. So I just thought "eh...what the hell?" 8D Yeah, my vibrato is getting in the way quite a bit. I still have to train it correctly. I'm having trouble finding a happy medium between too much and too little. I'll try that diaphragm trick though. I'm always looking for more energy. Do you have any suggestions for blending with the track? Or do you think fixing these problems will help?
When you're ready to sing another song, send me the instrumental and a capella and I'll try mixing for you. It may be a matter of your mixing program. Also, try to work on your timing. I think it's your biggest issue.
