mate it runs perfectly not a glich i also have a Q6600 2.4 and in my personal opinion its the best chip intel has ever made price for qaulity as for the 8800 gtx i dont know i have a 8600gt

i think overclocking is over used... i know it makes a boost in performance but the parts will never last as long. Basically you're wearing out ur parts quicker for some extra FPS. 30+ fps is no lag just as long as u can play the game its good

I usaully get poor FPS on most games. I get a reasonable framerate on fable, Not too bad on CSS. My specs are as follows, XFX 8800gtx xxx edition, q6600 @ 2.4 ghz and 4 gb ram

Can barely hit above 40 in outside

HDR + AA don´t work together!

It is possible, go to your nVidia Drivers and then go to manage 3d Settings and if you don't have the Oblivion file then download it or install nTune and that is how you can set HDR and AA on.

Ya i get over 60fps easy with 4x anti-aliasing and bloom...or with just hdr.....but when i hike it up to 8x antialiasing it gets really choppy...I have the same system specs as you.

I only use HDR, no anti-aliasing and get 60+ FPS.
