  • just take off your damn hat, stop creating drama... geez

  • 3:25

"one where you dont use violence against people?"

wow, you faggots are impossible not to hate. at what point did anyone use violence. Then the faggot at the end makes fun of the guy for joking when thats all you kids where doing is. Amazing.

  • For wearing fabric on the head I think the cops should have pulled guns on him. What that man did wearing a hat is just vile, dangerous and disgusting.

  • fabric on the shoulder..fine. fabric on the stomach...fine. fabric on the hips...fine. fabric on the head....OH NO YOU DIDNT!!!

  • freedom at it's finest!

  • Wow

  • @TheoryIsSpeculation Contempt of court is something that is very broad, and open to the discretion of the court. The bailiffs are empowered and charged with authority to maintain the courtroom as the Judge/magistrate sees fit at all times, and they do not need specific individual instructions on how to do so.

  • @TheoryIsSpeculation It is the Judge's discretion. That comes with the position. End of story.

  • I can't believe you guys compare this to Rosa Parks. Just take off your damn hat and show respect. LOL I guess you'll be going into the schools next and picking fights with the school board about their no hat rule too... You guys are HEROES!!!!!!

  • @TheoryIsSpeculation He's also allowed to deem certain things as showing contempt of court. The hat wasn't about keeping the peace, it was about proper courtroom dress. Of course a kippah isn't going to be against the dress code as it's a long standing religious tradition...protected by the 1st Amendment. I believe that the officer clearly said that if, while the judge was in recess, the man didn't remove his hat, he would be held in contempt of court. End of story.

  • @TheoryIsSpeculation It is the public area, but that doesn't mean it's exempt from a judge's orders, hence their use of a gavel during disruption, or threatening those in the "audience" with contempt of court. The entire room is the courtroom, and it's the presiding judge's courtroom.

  • It's the judge, not the officers who are in charge. It's not up to them. Contempt of court is an actual charge. Going against the dress code can be considered contempt of court by the presiding judge therefore this is a lawful arrest.

Also, why were you guys rambling about violence? The guy was barely touching him...lol

  • Yeah, I'm wearing a hat. Like fuck, I'm under arrest?

This is bullshittery to the finest degree.

  • This is pitiful...

  • The Company I work for recently put out a memo reminding all the employees that it is a violation of Co. policy to wear our hat while indoors. The employees are trying to comply but many forget. One of them asked how I remember. I told the truth. I’m afraid that if I don’t remove my hat when I go inside, my grandmother will rise from the dead and slap the shit out of me for NOT being a gentleman . This guy was rude, disrespectful. His mother should have taught min some manners

  • For those who say he should have just removed the hat and did as he was asked...

I guess Rosa Parks should have moved when she was asked too huh?

  • @ClaytonRayG Maybe the hippies of the FSP should have gotten Rosa Parks to wear the hat instead of them, huh? The hippies have just suckered another dupe into getting arrested, haven't they? At least Adam "Ademo" Mueller didn't set Beau up for a fall like the other guy in this video: "Evan Pierce, the government's latest victim in their War on Hats." Why doesn't Ian "Freeman" Bernard sit in court with a hat? Oh yeah the cult leader is out on bail, isn't he? Ironic that hippy Ian fears arrest!

  • @ArrestAJudgeKit Your point being?

Are you going to ramble about your views of other people or address the original post?

  • @ClaytonRayG My point is that cult members (That would be you, wouldn't it?) can't address or refute a single point that I bring up, isn't it? That is to be expect from cult members, isn't it? Evade, Avoid. . .aka stonewall. So please keep your blinders on, okay?

  • @ArrestAJudgeKit So the point would be that you believe no one is addressing your point? What is it that I am doing right now? Attempting to provoke a reaction from me isn't going to gain any ground. You seem to be overgeneralizing while using statements intended to insult or provoke others. If I was to be hasty I would consider you an internet troll at this point.

  • @ClaytonRayG You are an upset cult member, aren't you? I am accurately exposing your cult and now you are pissy, aren't you? Maybe after you take your Midol, put your fingers into your ears and say "Nah!, Nah! Nah!" those embarrassing facts will go away, huh? Too bad that they are clear precise and unquestionable evidence of the phoniness of your operation, isn't it? When you get down pouting get back to me, okay?

  • Proud of you, Beau. Wearing a hat should not be a risk, but they made it one. By not backing down you stood up for all of us.

  • what an idiot....copblock apparently just creates problems and instigates trouble with the police...videoing police brutality is important....testing the police unecessarily just makes copblock look bad....

I'm glad I never donated any money or time to your cause....REALLY.

  • @daltonsbadboy I disagree, pushing the envelope allows people to see the aggression that is at the core of every 'request' or commandment these thugs give. Would you get out of you seat on the bus just because someone thought they could tell you too?

  • Props for being able to film.

  • At least they tolerated you filming them without freaking out

  • I hope your enjoying your "freedom".

You know the same "freedom" that al-qaeda is attacking you for...

  • @ratt7777 yea good idea that would have made everything better.....

  • Comment removed

  • Does anyone know the supreme court throught out the constitution dec 11th 2010? it was all over you tube i'm surprised npo one has really acknoledged what this meant,as you see what the courts, and police are doing these days....

  • when do we get our nazi flare, or one of those cool number tattoos on our wrists

  • The judge is still in control, huh? At least Adam "Ademo" Mueller didn't set Beau up for a fall like the other guy in this video: "Evan Pierce, the government's latest victim in their War on Hats." You guys never catch on, do you? You seriously think those ridiculous propaganda slogans work, huh? You need to take a heavy dose of reality, don't you? Not going happen, is it? Patiently waiting for the next hat arrest video.

  • LOL WHEELCHAIR. Seriously, this is retarded. He's not bothering anyone. I am not amused.

  • 5 days in jail for this

  • @GloriousCoconut Ha! Ha! Ha! The judge has fixed it so you only get a short amount of time, huh? That way you can't video their imprisonment or court hearings, huh? Score another one for Burke. Burke has you guys on the run, doesn't he?

  • @GloriousCoconut Good, he deserved it. Now maybe he won't be a little shit all the time.

  • Now the thugs shove a war on hats on us? WTF?
