  • awesome!

  • Hi, What model Sony camera did you use? I'd like to get one for taking videos of my children and this one seems to be really good. Thanks!....Nice post btw.

  • Hi MS, I can hardly suggest to buy my camera since I bought it back in '99. At the time the DCR-PC5E (the model) was pretty good. Great Super Steady Shot, touch screen, lots of functions, 16:9, small, etc. Price was around EURO 1,900 (about 2,550 USD).

Now you can find great cameras at a much cheaper price. You may think of buying a new HD camera (resolution: 1920 x 1080), the new standard. Of couse you need a FULL-HD TV/player. The steady shot helps a lot with the zoom at max extension.

  • Thanks so much! All the best.

  • @VanDeFields

    newer is not always better.........

  • @hamdelsun

You're absolutely right. I've always felt comfortable with my good old 720x576 Sony but time changes you know...

The important thing is a good eye for composition and a steady wrist. Those clips were made at full optical zoom...

  • I seem to remember this song was written about/for Dave Mason, who was feeling pretty 'down in the dumps' at the time. Another very underrated musician who deserved more recognition.

  • Great job on the Quality

  • Thanx, Elmo. Magical night at the Academy of Music of Milan. I can remember the enormous effort in keeping the camera straight (I was pretty far away from the stage, still the shooting ended up good, due to the steady shot of my Sony camera).

    Glad you appreciate great music.

  • I had no idea. I'm only familiar with Blind faith and his solo work, which tended to focus on the piano. Wow!

Too bad Steve was so attached to Clapton otherwise he would have been a god..

  • CLASSIC SONG

  • Winwood is a legend ! His material with Traffic and Blind Faith was clearly way ahead of its time and underated by many. Not underated by those who knew his music. I hv about everything he ever did ! Long live Steve Winwood I love ur music!

  • @dbrinkm1 not to mention the Spencer Davis Group when he was only 19...Steve truly is a legend

  • I LOVE the fact that Steve Winwood doesn't "LasVegasize" great old songs!

  • I love it. My old head is trippin and its like goin home.
