Hi to the youtube people i'm a single roping person evertime i go to do the rodeo they all have this song playing for all the cowboys and cowgirls and when they said now u people want to see the cowboys and cowgirls and each cowboys and cowgirls has a song for them but they have a song for me when i come out they said ok lets bring out 4 time cowboys he gose by lighting bot and his horse outlaw my song is they call me the fireman
i used to barrel race, pole race and do calf roping but we had to put my horse down and after that i just quit. i miss it. but mom wont let me do it again, she wont buy another horse. the horse we have now is to old to do it =(
I don't understand bull riding. At all. It's no different than playing Russian Roulette. Your luck just may run out one day, and probably will if you do it long enough.
Its not tempting fate its controlling your destiny cowboys broke horses on the range because they had to it was their job recreation wasnt exactly big on the plains so they had to step it up a notch to see who was the best many honors and accolades went to the top cowboy.
@lilj0070 . great comment , i knew cowboys broke horses, but never thought about thats where the Sport side of it came from. Cowboys wanting to know who is the best. I love watching PBR, where or why did that sport come from. Read a post that it started in Mexico, is that true? i would like to see the guys who Wrangles with sharks in Oz on the blue fin tuna farms, turned that into a sport. They call them Tuna cowboys, they have to get the sharks out of their nets while bringing back the tuna.
@jlml1976 its kind of true the mexican vaquros that is mexican cowboys were great horsemen and they were infact here before the american cowboy as to which started to bronc and bull rididng I am only speculating from my own personal knowledge by sayin I believe the american cowboly started it mostly because the vaqueros fancied themselves more of a horseman and were involved in more flamboyant aspects of
@jlml1976 the life such as the bull fighting and a more entertaining aspects in the arenas where as the american cowboy was a rough and tumble breed not to say the vaqueros were not I just dont believe they were in the same way but again this is only based on my own interest and hobby
My son was name after Lane Frost!!! Lane was an amazing person and an awesome bullrider. My son want to ride bulls and be just like Lane when he is older(he is 6 years old). If my son grows to be half the man Lane was, he would make his Mama so so so proud of him. RIP Lane..
Here's some lines if you have any doubts that bullriders are adrenaline addicted lunatics, but in a good way.
It's not if or even when you get hurt bull riding, it's how bad.
If lawyers are disbarred and clergymen are defrocked, shouldn't it follow that cowboys would be deranged?
To learn how to be a real bull rider, fill your moth with marbles. Everytime you ride a bull, take a marble out. When you've lost all your marbles, then you're a real bull rider.
If you think bull riding looks insane, it's because it is and so is the cowboys and cowgirls who do it. I love watching it, but that's as close as I want to get. I don't want to hop on the back of an animal that can stomp me to death. Give me a regular horse anytime, please.
i agree, i been riding for 8 years and i am only 16, i will keep riding till they say i cant, i broke my ribs while riding and still rode the next day, i broke my collar bone and still got up and mounted a 896 pound beauty,, my dad was good friends with lane, and wass there when he died, god bless lane frost and god bless red rock and god bless rodeo,, cowboy up
i have been lookin to buy the 8 seconds movie every where do you think any one no's what im talkin about this movie rocks i watched it wit my bf n nearlly dried
His name is LANE FROST! Not lance forst they didnt get either name right! Lane is my hero and if someone is going to talk about him I think they should get his name right! Obviously nither one of you know anything about him!!
How am I the stupid one here!!! Its LANE FROST not lance forst!! Lane was a great person and a great bullrider who needs to be remembered!!! Obviously neither one of you know who he is!! He was my hero and will be remembered by the rodeo fans and bullriders who actually know a thing or to about him!
If you want to learn about him then go do it instead of staying here bothering real fans!!
