@onmhyway Most people are stuck on that verse when confronted with "love". But, rejoiceth not in iniquity. 1 Corinthians 13:6. Jesus is always portrayed as ONLY "loving", when it is fact that He hated as well. In fact He felt, AND expressed ALL emotions. He told us to endure in TRUTH no matter what. He spoke out when He had to, and kept silent when He had to. There is a time for all things, as it says in Eccliastes.. TRUE love means to be honest and truthful no matter what the cost. Love ya!

"If anyone comes to me and does not HATE his father and mother, his wife and children, his brothers and sisters--yes, even his own life--he CANNOT be my disciple."

Jesus was speaking on a PARABLE which He ALWAYS spoke, and the reason He did, was because He wanted those [who have ears to hear] TO hear, but the multitude [world] did NOT understand, just like YOU don't. He MEANT that if you loved YOUR life, or anyone else's MORE then you loved HIM, then, NO, you CANNOT be His disciple, and He SAID it because He was telling HIS disciples that you CANNOT love the world MORE

People need to go read about the The Balfour Declaration and just what it really meant. It was never to mean a Jewish State or the wholesale take over of all of Palestine. But look at what has happened now, who are the innocents and who are the oppressors and murderers?
