if you know your limits with salvia, try listening to echoes from floyd (the full 24min version, not the shortened version) have enough to get you past the body buzz point, and into the visual distortions. not enough to get really fucked. keep having hits when you start to come down. roll with it ya know. then maybe near the end of the song, 5-10 minutes left, have a ripping hit and go to another world. best to do this though after you know how this stuff works with your body though.

Then gradually build up on the size of the hit. I've seen the Forest, but haven't entered it yet.

I won't mention where I get mine on here, as they probably don't want it mentioned, but it is high quality. And I only use 10x.
