Yess, she is a Miniture Sheltie! :) and yess that is my pony! :)

There's actually no such thing as a a miniature sheltie. Sheltie's are bred to be around 13 to 16 inches in height (some can be smaller or taller) and were bred in the sheltland isle to be herding dogs. They were bred down from collies, to make a smaller herding dog. You have a gorgeous sheltie however!
