not neccesarily but all depends where u go to buy your supplies....

paint a can at walmart cost 1 dollar for there brand... which i highly suggest if u plan to sell these ... ...buy KRYLON ONLY ... u can try the others if u want but u will go towards krylon ..or a brand from home depo... has lots of colors .. they both should be $3 ...

the paper... walmart ...vs walgreens vs.. target.....

taget = cheaper.waht i use. ..walmart= is thicker paper walgreens=glossy

slick side poster board or slick side foam board, the poster is cheaper but the foam board is better quality.

@ThePaolonoise I've never tried color tempera instead, but that might be something to experiment with. The basis of this type of work is experimentation and practice so try it and expand on it, let me know how it goes.
