i can not sleep i do not know why i got exma(sp) but i don't know if thats the main reson and pills don't work

i have insomnia! it sux. ive had it since i was eight, and im 13 now. whenever i tell my mom i have insomnia she duzent care, she thinks im being stupid -.- she wont even tell my doctor, even tho it takes me over 3 hours to fall asleep

I have been suffering from insomnia from the day I found out that I was preggers. Soooo I know how it feels but to get a better night sleep now I dont drink anything after six (bc of baby on the bladder) it works so far.

First of all, I'd like to say Congratulations!!! And I wish you a very happy and safe pregnancy!!! I know all about the bladder thingy, my goodness, I learned quickly not to drink anything too late in the evening or I'd be making a lot of trips during the night to the bathroom! ;)
