I play one or more of my three Nest albums while i'm out exercising and the music is so calm and peaceful i just wish that the old seized up legs would let me stay out longer.

I love this song, even though it's a slight departure from my usual metal /hard rock tastes. Pan Pipes for Metal Heads perhaps ?.....wonderful stuff and a haunting tune that sticks in the memory.
