To place a value judgment on everything is to invite misery and depression into your life. We are all insane, we just act it out in our own "special" ways and take pride in our own form of insanity by thinking everyone but ourself is crazy. It's time to cut out this I-me-mine separatist nationalist crap and join together with all people as humans who are really all the same.
We all have the ability to choose to see the world another way and stop thinking someone else is getting or taking what "belongs" to us. Why would anyone care if cepelenai originated in Lithuania or as pyzy in Poland? Good grief, there's nothing different about a Pole, or Lithuanian, or a German or Mongloian that is not just a superficial difference that is ultimately of no consequence.
Isn't it silly how people are always looking for somebody to hate and use to make themselves seem superior or more special than others on an individual basis and then on a national one and then on a racial one. There seems to be no end to the cycle of hatred. That is, unless each one of us looks at the insanity of it and admits how miserable it makes one to have all these notions and feelings against people one perceives as "different" from oneself.
Lithuania is 80% Catholic and the Church gets more funding then Romuva. Romuva still isn't even considered a real religion in LT in terms of tradition by the government. It was Baranauskas and not Pagans that revived Lithuanian language and the Church the most trusted in fighting communism.
and for some reason evry day more and more people in Lithuania looks back to their ancient heritage.. and its not abount funding and money (only thing that chatolic church wants). It is about what we are, what our nation is.. some people says that we were last pagan nation in the Europe and i'd say we' ARE last pagan nation in the Europe, cuz of tradions that are still alive, cuz of tales and songs, cuz of language and stuff..
You see I tell you facts about how your Church fought communism and revived the Lithuanian language but you seem to like Pagans cause someone pumped u with Polish hatred and u want to eliminate all Polish influences. You are a racist asshole. Those bikers could kick your ass. It seems Lithuanians like you are to afraid to confront them since they don't seem embarrassed to ride with their bikes into Vilnius.
There are a lot of Polish people that live in Vilnius area about 14% and guess what? They don't like some of the shit your fascist mayors do and your weak and stupid traditions most of which were brought by us lol. I hope they riot like the people in France and burn your house down.
