A policy that is agenda driven and void of common sense or logical thought. Everyone should be disgusted at this government overreach. We need to spread the word so that people like Donna don't get crushed and silenced by government.

Why are you asking for permission to do what you have a right to do? Do what you want; if the county complains, demand they provide proof of their claim of authority. You are not party to, nor subject to the constitution, therefore, not subject to lawmakers. This amounts to a taking of property rights without just compensation, so if they pursue their demands, put a price on your property rights, bill them for taking your property rights, then lien them.
