You probably should set the video graphics up higher, it records slow sometimes if you do that though.

For the "video file format".. Uh idk. lol Sorry. &for the other thing.. All I really know is that I used really high graphics [like i set all of them to the highest] on sims, but since I don't have the best of computers it recorded really slow, so I had to deal with that. I hope that helps!
