I have always believed the truth travels slow and arrives at its forever place whereas gossip arrives faster but never stays forever. Hang in there Willy and please know that there are people that do see through gossipmongers' agendas and there are people with integrity that do know three sides to the story - yours, the customers and the truth. TheHolism is right to say that you don't need to tell us about your legal action. However you already did and can you imagine if you lose the lawsuits and we find out about them? That would be a huge embarrassment for you. Good luck, anyway.
@sowildpaul It doesnt matter if it has already embarrass me, it does already, The defamation can be very complication with court thing, I checked the law I can sue him for this. Only thing I will need to have it to be left alone with Judge to decided if it is serious. Outspoken during court is on procession is serious. Other side should have kept it to themselves until the case is solved then we can tell the world . You dont know what is my side of story because I have not told you yet.

I had to to explain my situation as if to protect my name and to let people know that it is being worked on it since three years. I only tells very surface of my story. That is it. There are lot more things to be told but you guys cant know until the court or settlement is over.
