Ron Paul wants to completely cut federal funding for education, which would make it that much harder to get to get aid for education. He also wants to cut funding for vital other departments/bureaus that we depend on and which also help to supply jobs to millions of Americans.
Cutting federal funding for education isn't necessarily a bad thing. For one the funding has just been going up and up and there have been no improvements. Private institutions will surely fund education. Financial aid is a reason that tuition go up anyhow. He is cutting cutting funding for other research departments and whatnot but they would still work elsewhere. Tho other countries may pick these scientists up.. He also wants to cut funding for vital other departments/bureaus that we depend on and which also help to supply jobs to millions of Americans.

Cutting federal funding for education isn't necessarily a bad thing. For one the funding has just been going up and up and there have been no improvements. Private institutions will surely fund education. Financial aid is a reason that tuition go up anyhow. He is cutting cutting funding for other research departments and whatnot but they would still work elsewhere. Tho other countries may pick these scientists up.. We need to fathom the fact that private education has always proven to be more effecient. Making education private will make for a competitive environment reducing tuition. There will always be financial aid, but not to the extent at what it is now. This education system now is a disaster, and if we don't fix it, it will crumble right before us.
