It is increasing your maximal force or maximal weight you could lift in a given range of motion.

ray allen is suck a unique player. Hes the only one in the leauge who can shoot a 3 in mid stride and is also able to drive the ball explosively. His only problem is that hes been inconsistent tese playoffs

Ray Allen has the standing most pure shot in the NBA. He's a master of the quick-release. He takes off-balance, heavy-guard and even fouls like a pro, and still hits shots.
He's an outstanding athlete and maybe the best 3 point shooter the game has yet to see.
