all you have to do to solve this is to delete every single uncharted 2 save file on your ps3 in the save unity whatever under the game section in the ps3 menu restart the whole game and problem is gone .... just make sure you go to the bus exploding place first before climbing the sign so it wont happen again. this worked for me.

I think your problem is that at 3:45. You need to walk all the way across the board it the right hand corner of the screen. This will probably fix it and trigger the storyline again.

I was eventually saved because I was able to shoot enough guys with my pistol and trigger the cutscene, though.
Have you tried it without any updates installed? I always trigger the "Guess I'm not going that way" cutscene and I have never had this glitch. If it happens over and over again and is NOT random then there has to be something triggering it.

I think your problem is that at 3:45. You need to walk all the way across the board it the right hand corner of the screen. This will probably fix it and trigger the storyline again.
