@Lastixen I would have to disagree in every cutscene that Niko is offered a drink he always says no. With the exception of the cutscene after he kills Darko. But all in all CJ and Niko are very good characters.

Chansey's lying. The gloves were cut in the final game, but they still exist in the game's files. You must get them with an in game trainer. You can only do this with the PC.

He got it through a modification called "Simple Native Trainer", these items are in game but you need a trainer to access them and also when you install this trainer, you get 3 hairstyles for Niko and also an armor.
