George Benson is in a class all by himself,, Norman Brown certainly studied Benson's playing technique, that's obvious,, but,, you can't improve something when it's already perfect! Brown would need something more unique about his playing to pull away from Benson's very tall shadow! Brown is a great guitarist for sure, but sadly, he did ride George's coat tails a little!

I dont get to see George often because we live world apart and he is always on tour, but let me tell you something. Norman Brown is a terrible copy cat that's why he will never stand out because the world knows this.
