  • This is one of my favorite Robert Johnson tunes. Good work man!

  • Awesome

  • this is great! :)

close to the original...so close it's not worth bickering about. the intro has his own flavour, but that's a good thing also.

  • Have you heard this Johnson track? it sounds pretty close to me

  • What tune do you used?

  • that's great!

  • Why film side on

  • fantastic! you are amazing!

  • You have a great voice, cool song!

  • Looks like you're having fun. *Jealous*

  • Didn't read all the comments, but the Red Hot Chili Peppers do a pretty good version as well. Maybe this was already mentioned...

  • fantastic!!!!!

  • Doesn't get much better.

  • Great!! you are KING!!!

  • The name of the song is actually "They're Red Hot" but nice work.

  • Ha, it even sounds old because of the recording quality! Fuck win cover here.

  • wow lol, first time i've seen anyone playing this song period. that was awesome, and surprisingly up to tempo. (How the fuck did you sing the "She got 2 for a nickle, 4 for a dime..." parts?)

  • ths is real music

  • George Formby lives!!!!

  • Great man!!

  • Excellent!

  • Bravo....Well Done!

  • the chili pepper did the cover, man !john robert was... way,way milles after we die....nice cover!

  • Great song, great performance!!

  • some originals records of RJ play the song in a reeeeeeally slow motion, kinda cool thou

  • Very nice playing on this. So many people on this site dont do any of RJ's material justice. I have to say that this is very well done sir.

  • great job

your actually the only person i've seen play the song at the right speed

  • FANTASTIC!!! Robert Johnson would be proud.

  • hot tamales!

  • Hahaa. I am nuts to want to learn this song- you covered it so well.... I must go to the crossroad and sell my soul now.

  • very good

  • cool

  • Well done! it's not easy to sing that and play at the same time, but you execute that one very well!

  • This sounds very close to the original. Thanks for posting.

  • I think the reason he's not showing the guitar is because Johnson often played with his back to the audience so no aspiring guitarists would be able to copy what he played.

  • playing facing a wall in a studio was common, and what johnson did, but more because 1) he was nervous and 2) its been noted many artists back then played facing a corner for audial purposes.

no one has ever said anything about him playing that way in front of a typical audience, and for reasons of secrecy.

  • v nice indeed - just a small production quibble, though - next time can we see more of you playing the guitar and less of that shirt?! ;o)

  • To the hilt!

  • That was very good. Your vocals are especially impressive. Im a big fan of Johnsons

  • Very nice cover! Robert himself would be proud. :)
