@iammysister2 I have done a lot of research and from what I've found the healthiest and purest is one by NUTIVA it must be UNREFINED! Coconut oil is a solid at room temp and melts into a liquid over about 76 degrees F. So, don't be alarmed when you go to the grocery store and see the coconut oil looks like a white solid! :) Best wishes to you!
@xoxo3427 I bought some at Trader Joe's, and it's actually kind of pretty, with something like soft glistening crystals in appearance when you hold it up to the light. I don't know if what I have is unrefined, but surprisingly, my skin feels like I've used moisturizer on it, even though I'm only eating a tablespoon a day.
@xoxo3427 Thanks for doing the research on coconut oil and giving your recommendation. I am going to health food store tomorrow and expect to overwhelmed with choices! This will help a LOT!
gootube ads yuck. sell sell sell. check out on youtube testimonials on amalgam removal and results of that. if it helps the nerve endings in feet, would it work on older people's hearing loss?
even minor amonts of exercise 4 days a week can make a huge difference, that and taking really good multivitamins, not the cheap over the counter stuff but good quality products. no hard pills as they don't break down and absorb, it must be capsules and or softgels.
WOW! I have diabetic neuropathy and have always heard that it is so bad for your health. Should it be "organic" coconut oil? I'll be researching it, that's for sure!! Thank you SO MUCH!
I have experience in taking 4 TBSP of coconut juice! as well as taking 1-2 piece of coconut meat (from real coconut) and found that my blood sugar went down after 1-2 hr, I started out with 238 in my blood test (I ate wrong meal) and after taking coconut juice (coconut water) and some meat; my blood sugar went down to 149. So I suggest you can buy some coconut in some asian stores or fresh coconut (look for the white coconut wrapped in plastics) it will help! take care and good luck.
I'm really glad I can help you out! just be sure you suggest your friends and family whom are diagnosed to diabetes, arthritis, foot problems, or any other types of problems as well as HTN (medical terms as in high blood pressures) and the risks of strokes.

I have found several types of coconut oils. Is there a certain type to ingest?

Can coconut oil help with anaerobic exercise in diabetics, so that the blood glucose level does not spike when exercising? Thanks!

I like the doctors delivery of his message. He speaks slow with detail & I find this video very helpful, suiting my needs of this product.

I wonder how can coconut oil be good for all of these body problems? So if all people use cc oil there would be no health problem any more ?
