Great job man, She looks very stable. what flight controller are you running? my Giant Tricopter is downed as of right now cause of a failed ESC in flight. It was running 3 Power10 motors on 40amp ESC's. whats your flight time on this one?
@MrJenius8477 Flight time is about 11 min with a 2200mah 11.1 hovering and slow flight without camera. 2800 mah is about 17 without camera. Just got some 4cell batteries in haven't had time to try. I'm running a run of the mill ebay kk board. The frame flexed too much so I upgraded from 3/8 to 1/2 inch bass wood. My original try still flies better. But I built another one of the giants for a buddy and his flies awesome. I am now trying to get into Arduino type boards.
@skirtchaser79 I am just running Turnigy plush 18a speed controls ($12). They seem to be indestructible. We even put one in a Parkzone T28 with the stock motor (requiring 30a)and it flew great. The motors are Hextronic 750kv ($11.)
@skirtchaser79 I have a set of the plush's coming in next week:) i also have a smaller Tri i am using the hextronic motors on as well. So what arduino style board are you looking at? The Paris board has really caught my eye.Oh and my giant runs for about 22 min on 10,000mah 3s lol
