yeah nobody can do it anymore :) They lucked out and got all the samples they used before the various copywright laws came into being. I remember seeing an interview with a producer or somebody say that you couldn't afford to make paul's boutique today because of the licensing issues : ) but thankfully for us, they did it when they did, so its here for our enjoyment

I think this is rotoscoped so every frame has to be painted over. Every extra frame is a lot of work unless you can somehow interpolate the in between frames.
