Thank you for uploading this splendid performance by Charles Krigbaum, whose understanding and playing of this music is as good as it gets. There are not enough superlatives for this gentle man with enormous talent, discipline and vision.

He's an astonomical talent, and a teacher of the highest order, yet outside of the world of the serious organist, he remains little-known.

We would not be having the Skinner revival we are having now if not for this man.

I met Dr. Krigbaum last summer during the installation of the Marquand organ. He is truly a gentleman! What a wonderful evening it was when they surprised him by naming the new organ the Charles Krigbaum organ. It's great to watch him play here. What a musician!
