Apparently the recent legislation, retroactively, prohibits telecoms from being held liable- whilst in kahootz with the government to spy on domestic email, mail, faxes, phone calls etc.

The administration has repeatedly denied that this spying is not on domestic people. If that's true and you find one person.. then you have your case. Isn't a crime for them to pass any law giving themselves immunity for laws broken? Why haven't they been arrested yet? Doesn't the UN try people for crimes against humanity?
