venlafaxine worked for me - depression os a very common illness - some say its a mental illness - i don't believe thats true - imagine being married for 20 years then splitting up - you wouldn't eaxctly be normal if you felt ok about the whole thing -
Ive been on this drug at high doses several times over the past several years with no problems. I have cut down and stopped several times with NO problems whatsoever!
its normal that the ones that dont live in fucking fear say its bad for you and it kills you and you do suicide.. I live in fear and that medicament helps me alot.. it reliefed nearly all my fears and panic attacks ... it gives me happy moments and so on ... i take 300 mg since 7 weeks and since about 12 days i got out of the permanent fear phase... dont listen to this stupid video
Everyone that is still taking Effexor is biased, people will always defend they´re actions and lifestyle. Effexor helped me for one year but when the time came that it was not needed anymore, it was impossible to stop taking it. Nobody "needs" this drug, all you need to do is exercise and eat healthy...but the doctor never tells you that anymore.
The 27 February 2007 Vancouver Sun reported that the BC Drug and Poison Information Centre had alerted doctors that the drug poses a significant risk of deaths, saying that venlafaxine "appears more toxic than it was originally hoped"
What do yo really want with this video? It says nothing of important. You should be more specific about what you really want to convey bcause the way it is done it is good for nothing.
Thus some reactions like: stupid or others.
Effexor is an SSRI that has caused many harms and those who are raising awareness have to do a good job because competing with mainstream media, lawmakers, pharmaceutical company, FDA and so on is not easy.
My wife died in March of 2010 from the effects of Effexor which she had been taking for some years and was not properly cared for or supervised. Im seeking a wrongful death lawsuit and malpractise lawsuit.....any help would be greatly appreciated....What about my 3 daughters, 21, 23 & 26...no mother !!! Sincerely Bill ...wka656@yahoo.com
I'm currently taking adderral and ativan for my "bipolar2 adhd" diagnosis.. I think that based on the level of attention most so-called professionals put into the diagnosing process almost anyone could be considered mentally ill if they had the money and time to seek "treatment". Most people just suffer from intelligence and neglect ( perceived or actual) I def could be wrong but I think my hatred of self and life stems from excessive negativity, I hope it's not permanent.
@DoyleProperties Good luck to you - It has taken me 2 years to wean myself from 225 mg to 37.5 mg and now I am stuck. If I dare go down from here the withdrawal is so severe that no doctor can help me, I have had several doctors tell me that I may be stuck here for the rest of my life. I'd like to thank the drug companies & the doctor who originally prescribed this - he was ADAMANT I take it, even though I resisted & hated it. Just be aware, that for some, you will never come off of it - ever
@tooparrots - you can do it,been where you are, half them, third them 1/4 them,do it very slowly, clean from this stuff and will never ever take pills again
unpleasant in withdrawal but by no means awful or unbearable...........and for me the most effective anti depressive/anxiolitic ive ever been prescribed. It works for me!
@sav8665 If the drugs had been working you wouldn't have been hospitalized so many times. These drugs are dangerous, I have watched them destroy my wife over the last year.
Adding mind altering chemicals to our brains to top up an unknown, unmeasured, untested chemical imbalance is crazy. In the future they will look back at this and think... people were idiots back then.
Have taken Venlafaxine on and off for the last 12 years. Have tried 6 other antidepressants - have been hospitalised on 11 occasions - a total of 2 and a half years of my life and I can honestly say efexor works wonders for me. Every medication works differently on each of us. Sure, we know the pharmaceutical companies make trillions and yes there will be some people who have adverse effects from the drug but this is the same for all drugs.. Not just Venlafaxine. Thanks for the video!
