This is a great short video, and it reflects exactly my experience with HP. I used to only buy their printers, but I never will again. In contrast, I have a 4 year old, out of warrantee, Cannon printer/fax/copier that I paid $125 for. I was trying to install it on a new computer and I had lost the software. Cannon was so responsive that they even called to walk me through the process.

Let it go already! This happened in 2006, and HP resolved this guy's problem way back then. HP provides free product phone support to all military personnel, even if product is out of warranty.
I can understand if a civilian (I'm a civilian) called up and had to pay for support if it is out of warranty. I would THINK that if you're in the military they would give you free tech-support out of, oh I don't know, respect for all that you're doing. This is a proper response. I did the same thing to my E-Machines PC years ago...uh...except with a rifle and not a machine gun, lol.
I tracked down HP's response to this 2006 video ... glad to learn HP now provides free tech support to all overseas US military personnel even if the warranty has expired. Way to go HP!!!
I hate hp too! I think they have timers to break right after the warranty expires. And for the jackasses making comments about soldiers getting anything for free, just remember they have left their families and children so that you can sit there and say that bs! Until you can say you did anything useful for your country, or even anyone besides yourself, I suggest you stay behind your computer and talk trash because that's all you'll ever be good for!
We bought an hp officejet L7780 but didn't use it immediately. I just unpacked it and it doesn't work. The Tech told me it's faulty hardware but it's out of warranty so I'm screwed. Wish I had a gun like that to blow this piece of shit away.

I know so many people who have had problems with HP products, called them up,
sent their stuff in to be fixed, gotten it back still broken, their techs have them keep
trying this or that to see if it'll work, it doesn't, and by the time the techs are done
