  • We have those exact machines in my gym

    I tried it for the first time today after conditioning work and managed to get 1000m in 4:30

    definitely a great workout, I'll keep using it and improve my shitty time

  • @Frace91 hi !! yes ! these rowers are the best in the world and great for fitness .... aim for a 4 minute 1000m (2 minute split) and work from there !! good luck
